I was asked to give a brief talk before the screening, as a form of introduction to John of God - his mission, his work and The Entities - preparing a very mainstream audience to the spiritual and physical interventions that would be viewed. I am thrilled and delighted to report that "Healing" won three awards: "Best Humanitarian Film Award," "Independent Spirit Award," and "Best Cinematography."
David Unterberg and your team, thank YOU and congratulations on bringing clarity to this subject that is often underestimated, misunderstood, misrepresented, and sometimes considered intangible or beyond words. Your insightfulness, sensitivity and integrity captures the essence of the profound work that is brought into the world through John of God's medium-ship, dedication, faith and mission.
